I am an eighty-year old, Black, former Health-Care Professional, from Watts, California (lived in ALL areas of Los Angeles) . . . NEED valid information regarding permanent residence in Costa Rica.
 
Wife and are retired & +/-75 years. My problem is being able to relax - heavy ADHD.
Must force myself to get far away from Houston in order to decompress. I’m from Central Texas and my wife is half Greek and half Lebanese having grown up in Greece and gone to Midland upper school in Lebanon.
