WEATHER: intense seasonal thunderstorms with very heavy rain (75-150mm), lightning, high winds, and hail are tracking across Nayarit and Jalisco, including Tepic and the Puerto Vallarta area, bringing localized flooding and reduced road visibility. Avoid flooded areas and streams.
