Health alert: Nigeria has implemented mandatory health declarations and enhanced port-of-entry screening, including thermal scanners and 21-day travel history assessments, to prevent the spread of the regional Ebola outbreak. Complete the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Health Declaration Form online before arrival and cooperate fully with all temperature and symptom screenings. If you suspect exposure in the DRC, South Sudan, or Uganda, contact the CDC Emergency Operations Center immediately for a voluntary risk assessment, which can include departure coordination or aeromedical evacuation.
