Hotel La Palma, Capri, Italy
Located on the island of Capri, where you can find some of the best Limoncello and blue grottos, Hotel La Palma is the newest addition to the Oetker Collection. Inspired by the original and first hotel in Capri (opened in 1822), Hotel La Palma is slated to invoke the dolce vita aesthetic the island was once known for.

If you're a fan of old with new, you have to check out 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle and located on Edinburgh's most famous and historical street (Princes Street), this property which plans to open in the spring, is made for history buffs.
Taking the reins from the Royal Over-Seas League, a members-only club and hotel, the team at The Red Carnation Hotel Collection was tasked with preserving the history of the building while also updating enough to make it appealing to new travelers.
Kempinski Hotel Cancun, Cancun, Mexico
This Kempinski hotel is the first in North America and expects to change Cancun from a party town to a more chill sophisticated vacation destination. Kempinski Hotel Cancún took over the former Ritz Carlton Cancun property and is working on developing it as a beach-side getaway that mixes luxury with the everyday. The property will have 315 guest rooms and 48 suites, all facing the Caribbean sea with their own balconies. If you make it out, check out their atrium. You'll feel like you're stepping into another time. Even though you're in Cancun's hotel zone, you'll still feel like you're in a private area with immediate beach access. Who can beat that?

Six Senses, Rome, Italy
If you're familiar with the Six Senses brand, you know it's all about relaxation and wellness. The new property in Rome is slated to open in early 2023 and is another property that mixes historical with modern in a way that appeals to the luxury traveler. One really cool part of this new property is that they are restoring the San Marcello al Corso church next door. The church was built sometime around 309 AD and is a must-see if you're in Rome. With only 96 rooms and a killer rooftop called NOTOS (Rome is famous for its rooftops), this spot will be a must-visit soon.

Opening in the spring of 2023, Celestial Suites in Kefalonia, Greece, is the type of place you go to get away. Nestled in the village of Mousata, it's the type of place where wellness means being solitary. Here you'll have impressive views of Trapezaki beach amid forest-covered hills that will make you want to unplug and settle in.

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives, Maldives
Alila Kothaifaru Maldives is expected to open this spring; we're ready. Located in Raa Atoll, which is not too far from Malé, it's as if this place embodies relaxation. The hotel was designed to incorporate local elements. This gives Swiss Family Robinson vibes but with luxury. Each room has some sort of perk to it, and even if you're not in an over-the-water bungalow, you'll still have some kind of water access.
