1) Zagreb, Croatia

According to the study, Zagreb was the best value for your money. Although it ranked last for air connectivity, it ranked near the top for levels of satisfaction in the other categories studied. Accommodation pricing, in particular, was very reasonable compared to other destinations.

  • Beautiful architecture is around every corner, museums are plentiful, and there are plenty of outdoor activities.
