Some of the most popular tourist destinations in Mexico have now reopened to all travelers. 

The following destinations have no Covid-19 entry requirements and do not have any quarantine periods for arriving travelers.

Cancun & Playa Del Carmen

The tourism hotspots of Cancun and Playa Del Carmen have officially reopened to tourists. Surrounding vacation hotspots like Tulum, Isla Mujeres and Cozumel also reopened as of June 8th, 2020.

The Hotel Associations of Cancun, Puerto Morelos & Isla Mujeres, the Riviera Maya, Cozumel, and the Grand Costa Maya have launched the #Come2MexicanCaribbean campaign as of June 15th, 2020.

This gives guests the opportunity to book their hotels at 50% off. 

According to Expedia, Cancun and Playa Del Carmen are the two most searched international destinations for hotels by Americans.

Popular Cancun resorts have already started to welcome tourists back with new health and sanitation measures. 

Direct flights from both Canada and the United States to Cancun are now operating with more flights being added all through July. 

Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta officially reopened for tourism on June 15th including all beaches and hotels.

Is there’s specific information about flights and departures from Europe? You have mostly mentioned US, but I’m really curious about EU. I can see direct flights from Amsterdam already, but it goes to Mexico City.. is it allowed? Or I need to have direct flight to these specific cities in Mexico?

Hi! I included USA and Canada flights because most of my readers are from those countries, but I don't want to leave out any European readers either ;) What cities are you interested in flying from? And which cities are you looking to fly into Mexico? I will look it up for you
