Nashville, the hometown of country music, has a new massive luxury hotel that honors the local culture. Four Seasons Hotels recently opened a new hotel and private residencies in the heart of downtown.
The large building has 40 stories, 235 guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, a resort-style pool deck, and a unique restaurant and bar concept. From the building, guests will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the city and the Cumberland River.
“With each new opening, we seek to become part of and contribute to the local culture and community to create truly authentic experiences for those who visit us. Here in Nashville, the connections we have forged have come so naturally thanks to the city's quintessential Southern hospitality, and we couldn't be more thrilled to be here,” said Christian Clerc, President, of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, through the press release.
In order to honor this iconic city in Tenessee, the new hotel has a special and unique style and service. The company established connections with local art institutes and communities and collaborated with Songwriter City—an organization that crafts unique songwriter experiences— to offer a service called “Suite Sounds packages,” where guests get a special suite, welcome amenities, cocktails, and private sessions with a Nashville-based hit songwriter.
“Nashville has always been a place where people come together, whether in the storied venues that have shaped American music, the local havens that continue to further its food culture, or the stadiums and arenas where we cheer on our favorite sports teams. Our aim at Four Seasons is to showcase the very best of the city – from the famous to the many wonderful people and places you might not have heard of yet, but you will,” said General Manager Richard Poskanzer, Four Seasons hotelier and music lover.
Travelers visiting Nashville can now stay at this brand-new landmark or visit the place to enjoy the view and the services of the special bar and restaurant. Thanks to its brilliant location, visitors are close to other tourist destinations and attractions.

And there are so many more reasons to visit Nashville; the incredible music scene, museums, delicious food, and ambiance make it a great destination in the United States.
More About The New Hotel
Guests at the new Four Seasons hotel will find not only great spacious rooms —that range from the 404 sq. ft. superior room to the 402 sq— with great views of the river and the city but also great amenities. Those willing to get more out of their stay can book suites with executive pools, premier suites, or the presidential suite that measures 2,238 sq. ft.
One of the main attractions of the new Four Seasons hotel in Nashville is Mimo Restaurant. The culinary experience for guests includes classic Italian dishes with local ingredients orchestrated by Neapolitan chef Aniello “Nello” Turco, who already earned a Michelin star at Mio, Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing.
Alex Hernandez, Director of Food and Beverage, explained more: “Mimo is a place where Chef Nello's signature caviar linguine, enhanced with local fried okra, happily shares a table with not-so-classic fried chicken and waffles elevated with homemade sauces that offer hints of soy and Calabrian chilies.”
Another main attraction is the spa which highlights a service called the Gold Body Scrub, which uses the mineral to revitalize the skin. At the spa, travelers can get all kinds of treatments, from massages to facial treatments to hot stone experiences inspired by Native American practices.
Next to the spa, guests will find an amazing infinity pool on the terrace of the seventh floor, overlooking the Cumberland River, and a large hot tub. The property also includes a 24-hour fitness center.
Four Seasons has recently innovated the industry with a new luxury yacht service, Four Seasons Yacht, that will launch its first vessel in 2025. The company also keeps improving and offering travelers new experiences in their traditional hotel market to satisfy travelers' current needs and compete against other large hotel chains like Marriott, which recently announced its first W Hotel and Resort in Punta Cana.
