Four Seasons Hotels Launched A New Yacht Service

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts recently announced a new luxury service called Four Season Yachts. Along with the luxury entrepreneurs Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine, and the shipbuilding group Fincantieri, the hotel chain will launch the first vessel in 2025.

The new yacht service intends to become a modern and innovative service that will continue growing, the purchase order includes the option of more vessels. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts President, Christian Clerc, said: “Four Seasons Yachts represents the next chapter of our long history of industry-leading innovation, and a milestone moment for our company as we continue to capitalize on new opportunities to extend the world of Four Seasons.”

Clerc explained that the new service is in line with the company’s values and aims to create new possibilities along with their partners: “We are creating something extraordinary that combines their expertise with what Four Seasons does best – delivering unmatched quality and excellence, surrounded by beautiful acts of service and love for our guests.”

This new service will provide travelers interested in luxury vacations with an innovative service in the hotel industry. The first journey in the new vessel is expected for late 2025. The ship will be 769 feet long (around 207 meters), and 88.6 feet wide (27 meters) and will include 14 decks. The suites will be spacious, custom designed, and will provide ultimate privacy.

Larry Pimentel, a veteran luxury travel industry expert, is part of the project in creating the new concept of luxury lifestyle and vacation experience and said: “When we launch in 2025, there will be nothing else like it on the open seas. Our shipbuilding partnership with Fincantieri rounds out a triumvirate of industry leaders in this unprecedented luxury lifestyle project.”

Four Season shared more details about the Four Seasons Yacht experience for travelers. Here are a few of the main exclusive services and special amenities that guests will find in the vessel:

  • Adaptable, villa-like suites with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and access to a spacious terrace deck. Will include high ceilings and great comfort. 
  • The suite sizes will begin at  54 square meters with indoor and outdoor space. 
  • The largest stateroom is called “Funnel Suite”, has four levels, and offers visitors over 9,601 square feet, with indoor and outdoor space and includes a private pool and a spa area.
  • Restaurants, lounges, and bars with exclusive concepts.
  • A spa, a salon, and a wellness program that includes a fitness area and nutrition services.
  • The aft of the yacht will be an expansive pool deck that will also transform into an outdoor movie theatre or an event space.
  • A special staff and personalized service for guests.

The ship is currently being designed in Trieste, Italy, by Fincantieri—they have also designed cruises for cruise companies like Norwegian and Princess Cruises— who also shared their enthusiasm for the project. Luigi Matarazzo, General Manager Merchant Ships Division of Fincantieri, said:  “This project is in a class of its own, combining the best of passenger ship construction and yacht design to create a new benchmark for ultra-luxury vessels.”

A Luxury Experience Over Seas

According to the official information provided by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, travelers can expect a unique experience. Guests will be able to stay at special elegant suites, eat the most delicious food, taste fantastic cappuccinos in the lobby, and drink champagne while admiring the ocean.

The hotel chain assures an intuitive service, the best amenities for relaxation, and a great variety of activities for their special guests. The routes and destinations have not yet been revealed, but the company explained that the services and experiences onboard will go along with the itineraries.
