Ready to fly to Cancun and other popular destinations in style this winter?
Air Canada is offering the rare chance to fly on its all business class planes that are usually reserved for professional sports teams and celebrities.

Air Canada's Jetz planes that have been mostly grounded since the beginning of the pandemic will fly December 12th to January 6th and only feature business class seats.
The routes will fly from Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal to holiday hot spots such as Cancun, Barbados, Fort Myers and Palm Springs.
There are only 58 seats on the plane configured of 2 and 2 on each side.
Passengers will be treated to large comfy seats with a pitch between 42-49 inches, compared to 31 inches in a regular economy seat and 37 for a standard business class seat.
Guest will also enjoy upgraded meals, drinks, extra space, reduced boarding and disembarkation time and get iPads preloaded with inflight entertainment.
All tickets will be priced around the same as a business class fare.
They may not be lie flat pods but will give passengers the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of how some athletes, musicians and celebs travel on tour.
The four Airbus A319 aircraft are usually chartered privately by sports teams, bands and corporate clients but since the pandemic have been sitting mostly idle.
The planes also feature the perfect configuration for a family or group of four. There's a meeting-style arrangement with four seats facing each other around a table but according to Air Canada, those seats will be assigned at the gate so be sure to check then if you're party is interested!
According to the Air Canada website, some of the many famous travelers on these planes have included music artists such as Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Rolling Stones, and Spice Girls. When it comes to sports teams, fliers include the Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, and Vancouver Canucks.
On past Air Canada Jetz flights menus have featured savoury choices of refined dishes and a vast selection of wines and spirits, including:
- Champagne, full bar and beverage service
- Assortment of canapés
- Shrimp salad garnished with lemon and cucumber
- Smoked salmon garnished with lemon and fresh dill
- Roast beef garnished with cantaloupe
- Crab salad garnished with parsley and radish
- Grilled beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce, oven roasted vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes
- Chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and artichokes, rosemary potatoes and zucchini with red peppers
- Dessert trolley
- Chocolate mousse cake
- Maple cream cheese cake
- Pecan pie à la mode
