Entry Requirements for Haiti
Testing – YES.

Proof of recovery for entry is also possible. Two documents are needed: a previous positive test aged more than 14 days, plus a doctor's certificate stating recovery.

Quarantine – Maybe. We have been getting mixed reports out of Haiti on this. Some sources say a 14-day quarantine is mandatory for all international arrivals coming from high-risk areas, while other sources say this is not currently in effect. For travel purposes, assume there is a 14-day quarantine and hope to be surprised otherwise.
Travel Insurance – All arrivals should have valid travel insurance for their length of their stay
Screening – All arrivals will receive a temperature screening when they land
Health Declaration Card – All arrivals will be required to fill out a Health Declaration Form to be submitted to customs. This card will be handed out by the airline.
