Traveling during Covid-19 is a very confusing time, but it doesn't have to be. Travel Off Path has created countless covid-19 travel guides and resources so you're able to navigate through all the uncertainty.

Of course, we have to say: Our guides, articles and groups are for general advice only. The global travel situation changes without notice and all travelers should contact their own country's embassy before planning or booking any travel. Our general advice should never replace that of any government organization, embassy or immigration expert/lawyer. We do not endorse traveling against government travel advisories.

How To Travel During Covid

→ Check the entry requirements of the country you want to visit to ensure you are permitted to travel there

→ Make sure you understand change/cancelation policies of your flights, hotels, etc. in the event of a lockdown or change of plans

→ Buy a travel health insurance policy that covers Covid-19

Kudos to Colombia and Mexico. Just came back from both countries and had a great time. Screw Europe.

Question: Does the "Rapid Antigen Test" administered at Madrid Airport (Barajas) satisfy the testing requirement to re-enter the US?

I was recently in Haiti this past summer 2020. There was no quarantines nor tests. Luckily, before the pandemic, I took 55 international trips to 62 different international countries. I also visited all 50 states. This happened between July 2013-August 2020! At that time, I didn't need any COVID-19 tests or quarantine. Just some basic shots or travel shots by the doctor.

What are the current requirements for Canadians going to CA, specifically Palm Springs? Do we need to do a covid test or anything?

I have employees fly in from all over the world to Canary Islands and Mauritania. The 72 hour PCR test is most difficult for the Canadian and American employees as airlines are requesting is to board the first flight from their home airport. Do you have a list of clinics/hospitals that have been proven to produce in Canada or USA? Fellow Canadian home cities are Halifax, Kelowna, Deer Lake, and Edmonton.

The only solution so far has been to test in JFK airport.

This site is great, BTW.

Hi John, We don't have a list of hospitals or clinics, especially in Canada, as most are reserved for 'only symptomatic' people. However, Shoppers Drug Mart just started offering tests for travelers in BC and Alberta.
