L.A. County Holiday Celebration
Kick-off Christmas the right way with L.A. County Holiday Celebration. Held on Christmas Eve, this event brings together dance groups, music ensembles, and over 20 choirs for an enchanting evening. The celebration epitomizes multiculturalism, featuring a diverse range of acts from Korean dancers to a female mariachi band. To top it all of, it’s free! You can choose to stay for the entire 3-hour or simply wander in and out as it suits you.
Home Alone Concert
Experience the classic Christmas movie, Home Alone, like never before. This special screening of the classic film is held at Walt Disney Concert Hall and accompanied by a live performance by The LA Philharmonic. While you enjoy the film, David Newman will conduct the group to perform the well-known score, making your viewing of the movie extra special.
L.A. Zoo Lights
The L.A. Zoo Lights extravaganza began in 2014 and has only gotten better each year. This season’s light event is already in operation and will run through to January 9, 2022, so you have plenty of time to schedule a visit. Boasting a mesmerizing disco ball forest, swirly, colored tunnel, and the biggest illuminated book in the world, the L.A. Zoo Lights are not to be missed.
