This quaint and cozy town is located just 2 hours away from New York City – perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation! 3. New Paltz, New York

If you’re more in the mood for an urban getaway, no worries! Consider heading over to Boston, Massachusetts. Boston is approximately a 4-hour drive from New York City.
