Many nations worldwide state travelers need a vaccine passport to enter the country and visit bars, shops, restaurants, cinemas, and indoor tourist attractions.
However, we’ve found 10 countries without vaccine passports, which enables you to enter attractions without worrying about obtaining a health pass.
This list is not an exhaustive list, but our top recommendations for travel in late 2021 and early 2022.

Mexico
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Mexico. U.S travelers can enter the country without any restrictions. Unlike many nations, Mexico doesn’t require proof of vaccination, a mandatory quarantine, or a negative COVID-19 test result before or upon arrival.
Although there may be certain restrictions to combat COVID-19 in specific areas in the country, there is no vaccine passport requirement throughout. Tourism in Mexico is essentially wide open and as ‘normal' as can be compared to pre-pandemic.
El Salvador
There is no vaccine passport requirement in El Salvador. Travelers don’t require proof of vaccination, a mandatory quarantine, or a negative COVID-19 test result after or before arrival in El Salvador.
All entry requirements were removed November 15, 2021.
Currently, travelers must wear masks in all indoor and outdoor places where social distancing isn’t possible according to government guidelines.
Aruba
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Aruba. However, travelers arriving without a negative COVID-19 test will have to take a test on arrival in Aruba. Then, travelers must wait in self-isolation until they’ve received the test results. That can take up to 24 hours.
Currently, Aruba requires all travelers to purchase Aruba visitors insurance. Travelers must purchase a maximum of 3 days before traveling to Aruba. Masks are mandatory in indoor places.
Curaçao
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Curaçao. However, unvaccinated travelers arriving from the USA are required to take an antigen test on the 3rd after arriving in Curaçao. But there is no quarantine requirement for incoming travelers.
Currently, the nation has made masks mandatory in public places, and all travelers need to fill out the digital immigration card before arriving in Curaçao.
Jamaica
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Jamaica. But all travelers entering Jamaica are required to present a 3-day negative COVID-19 molecular test before arrival. However, travelers staying outside of the resilient corridors must be vaccinated to avoid quarantine.
Currently, Jamaica has various restrictions within the country, including mandatory masks in public places, a possible health screen on arrival, and travelers must fill out the mandatory travel authorization form.
The Bahamas
There is no vaccine passport requirement in the Bahamas. That said, unvaccinated U.S travelers who are staying in the Bahamas for more than 4 nights will need to take a rapid COVID-19 antigen test on day five.
Currently, masks are mandatory within public places and travelers must complete the Bahamas Travel Health Visa application.
Nicaragua
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Nicaragua. However, travelers must have an original COVID-19 RT-PCR test result taken within a maximum of 3 days before arrival in Nicaragua. The local government requires airlines to submit COVID-19 test results 36 hours before flying. There is no quarantine on arrival.
Currently, the only test allowed to enter the country is the RT-PCR test.
UAE (Dubai)
There is no vaccine passport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However, travelers may be required to take a pre-departure and an arrival test depending on the region of the U.A.E they’re traveling to. All travelers entering Dubai must have a negative RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before departure.
Travelers from various nations—excluding the U.S, U.K, and Canada—may be required to take another COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Dubai.
Albania
There is no vaccine passport requirement in Albania. However, unvaccinated travelers will have to take a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours before arrival. Also, unvaccinated travelers can provide an antigen test 48 hours before arrival. None of these restrictions apply to anyone with proof of vaccination.
Currently, Albania has mandated masks in some public places and there may be health screening measures upon arrival.
Sint Maarten
There is currently no vaccine passport requirement in Sint Maarten. However, unvaccinated travelers who’ve been in the United States or Canada in the previous 14 days must provide a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test a minimum of 72 hours before departure.
Travelers to Sint Maarten will need to fill out the mandatory travel authorization form, provide proof of travel insurance, and comply with mandatory masks in public places.

@Kashlee Kucheran, i find it odd that most places still require masks when its proven and even on the box that masks simply do not work . As far as social distancing that is about as ignorant as the masks are . I also find it odd most countries require testing if from U.S. , Canada or U.K. Why is this ?

As someone who’s in Mexico right now I can definitely say it’s a very beautiful country and one can feel free and happy while here! It’s the opposite of Canada, where no one has any peace of mind and they live in fear. Mexico is the last bastion of unhindered positive touristic experiences.
