Does anyone know what is the deal if I wanted to cross over the land border from Mexico? Is the land border even open? Almost everything I've seen about current travel involves airports but not any land crossings. I plan to be in Mexico (Yucatan/quintana roo area) in late Jan or Feb, and would like to also visit Belize or Guatemala while there. I assume a covid test would still be required of course which is fine, as it seems like they aren't too difficult to get within 48 hours in Mexico.

Hi! Sorry, we don't know for sure if land borders are open. The reason you can't find much info online is it's really not there :( We always try to find out, but many countries only publicly update info about air borders these days.
