Remember the time when all you needed was a passport to travel? It may be gone for now but this guide will definitely make things a little easier for navigating the COVID travel world.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Travel Off Path has been following border restrictions and entry requirements 24 hours a day.
Here is a country by country guide of COVID-19 entry requirements for some of the world's top travel destinations right now.

COVID-19 Entry Requirement By Country
Antigua and Barbuda
All nations welcome.
Travelers from all countries are allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: YES
All arrivals into Antigua & Barbuda will need to provide proof of negative results from a PCR test, taken no longer than 7 days prior to arrival.
Quarantine: No
Austria
Travelers coming from the following countries are permitted to enter Austria.
- European Union Members (including United Kingdom)
- Schengen Area Countries and EFTA nations
- European Micronations: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, The Vatican
COVID-19 Testing: YES
See the country list required to present a negative COVID-19 test.
Quarantine: No
Bahamas
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit the Bahamas under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: YES
All countries are required to present a negative COVID-19 test during their health visa application.
Quarantine: After October 31st, There will be no quarantine.
Barbados
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit the Barbados under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: YES
All low, medium, and high risk countries are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
Quarantine: MAYBE
High risk travelers will quarantine for 7 days, with a 2nd PCR test to remove them from quarantine.
Belize
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Belize under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: YES
All travelers are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
Quarantine: No
Travelers will only be quarantined in the event of a positive test result.
Bermuda
Bermuda is accepting visitors from all countries under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: YES
All travelers are required to submit negative PCR test results before arrival, be tested again on arrival, and do more tests on day 4, 8, and 14 of their stay.
Quarantine: No
There is only a short 12-24 hour quarantine while awaiting results from the test on arrival.
Brazil
Travelers from ALL countries are permitted to enter Brazil under regular visa rules.
Cambodia
Travelers from ALL countries are permitted to enter Cambodia.
Travelers must apply for a visa at an embassy/consulate in their home country before traveling to Cambodia.
All e-visa and visa on arrivals are temporarily suspended.
COVID-19 Testing: Yes
Quarantines: Yes
Travel Insurance: Cambodia travel insurance required
Medical Deposit: $2000 US deposit required.

Canada
Select travelers from all countries are permitted to enter Canada
Canada is only open for select travelers at this time.
COVID-19 Testing: No
Quarantines: Yes

Colombia
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Colombia under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: All travelers arriving Colombia are required to bring proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR swab test, taken no longer than 96 hours prior to departure.
Quarantines: No

Costa Rica
Travelers from select countries are permitted to enter Costa Rica. See the list

Croatia
- Tourists from ANY country (regular visa rules apply) with confirmation of paid accommodation in Croatia.
- European Union, Schengen Member States and Member States associated with the Schengen area do not need a reason for traveling to Croatia or proof of paid accommodation.

Cuba
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Cuba under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: Tourists arriving into Cuba will be tested for COVID-19 at the airport.
Quarantines:
After the test is taken, the traveler will quarantine at their hotel for approx 24 hours for test results. If the test is negative, the traveler can enjoy their vacation.
Denmark
Countries Permitted:
Dominican Republic
Travelers from ALL countries will be permitted to enter the Dominican Republic under regular visa entry rules.
COVID-19 Testing: Random testing upon arrival by breath test
Quarantines: There are no quarantines

Egypt
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Egypt under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers from ALL countries traveling to ANY part of Egypt must have proof of a negative PCR test certificate for COVID-19 performed no more than 48 hours before arriving.
Quarantines: There are no quarantines

Ethiopia
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Ethiopia under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: All passengers, whether foreigners or nationals, must present proof of a negative PCR test before boarding their flight to Ethiopia, as well at customs upon arrival. The test needs to be taken with results available, no longer than 120 hours prior to the departing flight.
Quarantines: Even with presenting the negative PCR test, all arriving passengers must also self-quarantine in their place of residence or hotel for 7 days upon arrival.

France
Travelers from the following countries may enter France for tourism:
- All European Union countries
- European Area Countries: UK, Andorra, Holy See, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland
- Third Party Countries: Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay
COVID-19 Testing: There are not testing requirements from the approved countries listed above.
Quarantines: There are no quarantines for the approved countries above.

Germany
Travelers from 39 countries may enter Germany for tourism.
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers from the approved country list do not require testing.

Greece
Greece is allowing a long list of countries to visit for tourism. There are different levels of requirements based on the country you are traveling from.
COVID-19 Testing: The following countries are required to present the negative test at border control: Sweden, Belgium Spain, Netherlands, Albania, North Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, UAE
Quarantines: There are not quarantines for approved countries.

Hawaii
Yes we realize Hawaii is not a country but the the state has very unique entry requirements compared to the rest of the United States so we included it.
COVID-19 Testing: As of October 15th, 2020, all Incoming travelers must have a valid COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) within 72 hours of boarding their final flight to Hawaii and must show proof of a negative test result upon arrival at the airport.
Quarantines:
As of October 15th, travelers that do not present a negative COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Test NAAT will be required to self quarantine for 14 days.

Ireland
All Countries are permitted
Technically, all nations and countries are permitted entry into Ireland, under all ‘pre-covid' visa laws.
COVID-19 Testing:
Testing is not mandatory for entry by any nation at this point, but some visitors can use testing to circumvent the quarantine altogether.
Quarantines:
14-day isolation is required for select passengers entering Ireland, both foreigners, and residents.

Italy

COVID-19 Testing: The following countries require testing:
- Croatia
- Greece
- Malta
- Spain
Quarantines: The following countries require 14 day quarantine:
- Australia

- Rwanda
- Rwanda
- Thailand
- Tunisia

Jamaica
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Jamaica under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers coming from the following high risk countries will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test.
- United States
- Dominican Republic
- Brazil
- Mexico
Quarantines:
All travelers who are NOT STAYING in the tourism corridor will have to self-quarantine for 14 days and will be monitored.
Travelers staying in the tourism corridor below will NOT have to self-quarantine.
- Part 1: A Northern segment stretching from Negril in Westmoreland across the northern coastline to Port Antonio in Portland.
- Part 2: A South Coast segment running from Milk River in Clarendon westward to Negril in Westmoreland

Mexico
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Mexico under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: There are not any testing requirements for travelers arriving in Mexico.
Quarantines: There are not any quarantine requirements for travelers arriving in Mexico.

Netherlands
Travelers from these countries are permitted to enter the Netherlands for tourism:
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers from the approved countries will NOT be required to present negative COVID-19 test results on arrival.
Quarantines: The government of Netherlands has made a list of countries that ‘should' quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.

Panama
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Panama under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: All travelers arriving in Panama must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate no older then 48 hours before you travel.
Quarantines: No

Pakistan
Travelers from all countries are permitted to visit Pakistan under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers coming from all countries will be required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate no older then 96 hours from the time the test was taken to arriving in Pakistan. These countries are exempt.
Quarantines: Travelers are not required to quarantine upon arrival in Pakistan.

Poland
Travelers from a list of 35 approved countries may visit Poland for tourism.
COVID-19 Testing: Travelers from the approved countries will NOT be required to present negative COVID-19 test results on arrival.
Quarantines: Travelers from the approved countries will NOT need to quarantine on arrival.

Portugal
Travelers from these countries are permitted to visit Portugal.
COVID-19 Testing:
Travelers will NOT be required to present a negative COVID-19 test when flying into mainland Portugal.
Traveler WILL be required to present a negative COVID-19 test when flying into:
- Azores
- Madeira Islands
Quarantines:
Travelers will NOT need to quarantine upon arrival in Portugal.

Puerto Rico
Travelers from the following countries are banned from entering Puerto Rico:
- All European Union Countries
- China
- Brazil
- UK
- Ireland
- Iran
COVID-19 Testing:
All travelers from approved countries must present proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test no older than 72 hours (From when test was performed until arriving in Puerto Rico).
Failure to present proof of a negative test will result in a mandatory 14 day self quarantine.

Serbia
Travelers from all countries are permitted to enter Serbia for tourism.
COVID-19 Testing:
The four countries below, need to bring proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours of arriving in Serbia:
- Croatia
- Bulgaria
- Romania
- Northern Macedonia
Quarantines: There are no quarantines for travelers arriving in Serbia.

Singapore
Access to Singapore is currently extremely limited. However, the country has agreements with several countries under different travel schemes. There are different lists depending on certain agreements. See the list of eligible countries.
COVID-19 Testing:
Holders of Singapore’s Long-Term Pass must take a pre-departure Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours before their flight.
Those arriving from an Air Travel Pass nation (Australia, Brunei, China, New Zealand, Vietnam) are not required to be tested prior to arrival, yet they must be tested upon arrival.
Those coming from a Reciprocal Green Lane country must also be tested upon arrival in addition to their pre-flight test.
Quarantines: Following their Covid-19 PCR test upon arrival, those arriving courtesy of both the Reciprocal Green Lane scheme and the Air Travel Pass must remain in declared accommodation until they receive their result. Once they receive the negative result, they are free to go about their business.

Spain
Travelers from these countries are permitted to visit Spain for tourism.
COVID-19 Testing:
PCR or Rapid COVID-19 tests are NOT required for citizens coming from countries that are permitted to enter Spain for tourism or essential travel.
Quarantines: Not required for travelers arriving in Spain from approved countries.

St. Kitts and Nevis
The following regions may travel to St. Kitts and Nevis for tourism:
- CARICOM Member States
- U.S.
- Canada
- UK
- Europe
- Africa
- South America
COVID-19 Testing:
All travelers must upload an official COVID 19 PCR negative test result from a CDC/UKAS approved lab taken within 72 hours of travel to their travel authorization form. They should also bring a copy of the negative COVID 19 PCR test for their trip.
Quarantines: Yes at hotel

St. Maarten
Travelers from the following countries may travel to St. Maarten:

- United States

COVID-19 Testing:

Quarantines: Not required

UK
The United Kingdom is permitting travelers from ALL countries under regular visa requirements.
COVID-19 Testing:
Travelers are not required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test.
Quarantines:
All travelers are required to quarantine when arriving in the United Kingdom for 14 days.

United States
ALL countries are permitted to enter the United States by air with the exception of the EU, China, Brazil, UK, Ireland and Iran.
Land borders are closed to non-essential traffic.
COVID-19 Testing:
Travelers are not required to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test unless they are arriving in these States.
Quarantines:

HELP, i am citizen of bosnia, have a valid tourist visa b2, no one knows answer, if I will be allowed to enter the USA with a pcr test. Note - I will not fly or be in transit in any country listed in proclamation of the President of the USA. THANK YOU

We are an italian and an austrian citizens, who seem to be allowed to enter a carribean state, that allows EU citizens (with a valid anti-Covid test). Can we after 14 days enter the US from one of these these countries?

Yes, Most EU nationals are entering the USA by spending 14 days in a non-EU/Schengen country.
However, of course, I cannot know the other details of your trip/passport/visas/personal history and if you are granted entry into the USA, so it's always best to check with US border police first.
