Jakob, try to stay in Cartagena. The mayors of the other cities do lockdowns during weekends still. It is super boring staying at the hotel during weekends. Cartagena had no lockdowns like that during Christmas and New Years.

Can you provide the source for the information regarding mandatory covid test? As of 1/5/21 we have not seen Immigration Colombia issuing any mandatory requirements. I'm curious to see where we can find more information about that.

Hi all! We're supposed to be leaving for Colombia on 1/7/21 (we're not thrilled about traveling during COVID, but our trip from last March was rescheduled to now and it's a big pain to reschedule everything), and we're getting really anxious that Colombia might close borders or go into quarantine again due to the case spike :/. Anyone there currently who can let us know what things are like? Also, is CoronaApp mandatory (do we have to show proof of it upon arriving in Bogota)? Because it looks like our tablet is not compatible for use with it. Also, do folks think PCR tests are going to be reinstated within the next week? We're preparing to get one on Mon. if so. Please let me know what y'all think, thank you!
