As Hawaii’s largest airline, Hawaiian Airlines has been topping some of the lists in recent press.

Making headlines for having excellent cabin service and an enjoyable economy experience, the airline also does well in on-time performance and overall satisfaction.

Not to mention those who fly Hawaiian Airlines also get to enjoy the new amenities such as their featured chef series, drinks from the Maui Brewing Company, and island snacks from the Pau Hans snack cart.

Hawaiian Airlines seeks to answer the increased demand from the many travelers who are looking to escape to Hawaii this summer.

Tourism is expected to remain just below pre-pandemic levels. However, 2023 travel figures are projected to be about thirty percent higher than in 2022, according to a report from the Economist Intelligence

While there really isn’t any wrong time of year to visit Hawaii, it’s been said that summer is an ideal time for the fact that it seldom rains, and the sun shines almost all day with temperatures hovering around the mid-80s in the day and 70s in the nighttime.

There has never been a better time to finally book that Hawaiian paradise escape for this summer, and experts advise that the best time to do so is the months of March and April.

Waiting until June will result in increased fares, limited seating options, and not to mention a reduced number of accommodations available.

Due to the summer holidays, of course, the summer months do see larger crowds, with July being the busiest month for tourism.

However, keep in mind that Hawaii is large, and the sheer amount of activities spanning the archipelago’s eight major islands means that you are not too likely to be greeted with massive crowds at any one place.

Of course, with increased popularity in the summer months comes increased prices across the board.

The best advice here is to book your airline tickets early and keep an eye on all the travel websites for any deals for accommodation.

Summertime is also prime time for festivals in Hawaii, with popular options including the Pineapple Festival, Koloa Plantation Days, and the Prince Lot Hula Festival. Of course, there is also the 4th of July to be celebrated for those that visit at the beginning of the month as well.
