Disney World Options to Splurge

Hotels 

Feel like you are staying in the South Pacific at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. That feeling begins at check-in when staff place a floral lei around your neck. The island setting is all around from the decor to the landscaping and the cuisine offered. For guests that like a lot of space, the resort has overwater bungalows with many homey touches such as kitchens and private bedrooms. This resort is the closet to the Magic Kingdom, which is just a quick walk or monorail ride away. 

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is located in a secluded area right in the middle of Walt Disney World. The resort has many amenities including a spa, golf course, water park, and tennis and golf lessons. For the children, the resort offers breakfast with Goofy and friends twice a week. Dining options include spectacular Italian fare at Ravello, and a handcrafted milkshake at Lickety Split. The resort also provides luxury motor coach transportation to all Disney theme parks as part of your stay. 

Dining Options

The Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom is a great place to stop for a cocktail and quick bite. The menu consists of small plates such as churros and Tiffans Bread Service. Beverage highlights include Kungaloosh Spiced Excursion Ale, brewed especially for Walt Disney World. 

Enjoy panoramic views of the Magic Kingdom at California Grill. The menu ranges from delicious steaks to sushi and a wide selection of seafood. The restaurant features wines from California vineyards, plus a large selection of whiskey and bourbon. Reservations are strongly recommended for California Grill

Park Tickets

The Park Hopper Plus Ticket allows guests to hop between all the Disney theme parks each day of your visit. This ticket also includes access to other activities including golf and water parks, plus much more. 

Extras

Get some inside information on Disney during a Private VIP Tour. Your tour guide can help you customize your experience to plan the perfect day. Transportation from your resort is included. Advanced reservations are highly recommended for this tour. 

Disney World Options For Those On A Tighter Budget

Hotels

Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is a moderately priced resort with Spanish, Mexican and Southwestern flair. Guests can dine on Spanish inspired cuisine at Toledo or grab a tasty burger at Rix Sports Bar & Grill. This hotel has great amenities including a waterslide, a 24 hour fitness center, hot tub, a coffee shop, and comfortable lounges. 

Guests can bask in nostalgia at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. Each guest room is decorated in a theme from the 1950s to the 1990s. This resort is chock full of amenities including a gift shop, a food hall, and an arcade, plus much more. The Pop Century Resort is also conveniently located via the Disney Skyliner to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Dining Options

At Oga’s Cantina, guests can have a real Star Wars experience. In this cantina, located in the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios,  a droid named DJ R-3X plays music that will get you moving. Featured drinks on the menu include such classic Star Wars theme such as Jedi Mind Trick and Carbon Freeze. Due to limited capacity, reservations are strongly recommended. 

While at Animal Kingdom, stop into Satu’li Canteen, a restaurant based on the 2009 hit film Avatar. Diners can treat themselves with a Chili Garlic Shrimp Bowl or a Dreamwalker Sangria before heading back out into the park. 

Park Tickets

The Standard Theme Park Ticket allows guests access to one Disney theme park per day. This allows the cost per day to go down as the number of days on your ticket goes up. This option really does allow guests to experience the most of each park they enter every day. When you visit one park per day, you can ride your favorite attractions as many times as you wish, and just slow down and look for hidden gems in each park. 

Extras

At Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, photo sessions of your theme park visit are available through Disney’s Capture Your Moment service. A Disney PhotoPass photographer will capture you and your loved ones having your best Disney experience. You will be able to cherish the memories of your Disney vacation for many years to come.
