The Met Cloisters is open Thursday to Monday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

A journey on the Staten Island Ferry is a wonderful date activity. Couples can sit on the deck and soak in the stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. The ferry is free, and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ferry riders can purchase beer and soft pretzels on board for a quick snack.

It could be due to the many constellations on the terminal’s ceiling that makes people feel romantic and nostalgic. Domino Park in Brooklyn is the city’s newest destination for couples to spend some quality time together. Opened in June 2020, this five acre public park has become a popular date spot due to its outstanding views of the Manhattan skyline and the Williamsburg Bridge.

Couples can feel romantic sitting under the stars while learning all about space at Hayden Planetarium.  Watch the fascinating film Dark Universe at the 429 seat Space Theater and learn all about the galaxy. To visit Hayden Planetarium, reservations are required for timed entry admission.

The glamourous restaurant One if by Land, Two if by Sea is a romantic institution in New York City.  The restaurant is located at Aaron Burr’s old carriage house and is reported to be haunted.
