Under $400 Round-Trip Flights To Europe This Fall & Winter If You Act Fast

From right now through October 2nd, Americans can buy tickets to fly round-trip to several European cities for under $400. The deal is in celebration of World Tourism Day (9-27) and offers heavily discounted flights to 7 popular European destinations for travelers flying out of Boston (BOS), Baltimore/D.C. (BWI), and New York (SWF).

The deal is valid for flights booked between October 1st and December 15th. As long as travelers purchase tickets before midnight (EST) on October 2nd, the deal will apply. Read on to find out who is offering the flights, which European destinations are included, and see some real cost examples for each destination.

Who Is Offering The Flights?

Icelandic budget carrier PLAY has decided to celebrate World Tourism Day with a fantastic travel deal. Fares start between $99 and $129 as part of a round-trip booking. For those who were hoping to fly one way, the discount will not apply. PLAY is a relatively new low-cost carrier and recently started some new routes between the U.S. and Europe over the summer. Their latest deal announcement comes just in time for travelers interested in visiting Europe this fall.

Note On Pricing

PLAY is a low-cost carrier that does not include luggage with ticket prices. For direct flights to and from Europe, travelers can expect the following fees if they book online and include baggage in their booking. Fees are dependent on destination, dates, and booking method. **NOTE: Fees are PER FLIGHT.

  • Carry-on: $26-39
  • Checked Bag (44lbs.): $33-46

If you can fit everything you need in a personal item, you won’t pay any extra bag fees. For PLAY, a personal item will have max dimensions of 17x13x10 inches, including handles and wheels, and must weigh less than 22 lbs.
