With spring break right around the corner, vaccine rollout speeding up and the number of Covid-19 cases steadily dropping in the US, many Americans will be looking to escape the cold winter lockdowns they’ve had to endure. For many, international travel may be off the cards as testing and travel restrictions around the globe may keep U.S travelers closer to home.

According to a recent Expedia report, here are the top 5 destinations in the United States that Americans are planning to travel to for spring break.

Home of the famous Disney World Theme Park, Orlando is always a top choice for U.S. travelers. This spring break, Americans will still be flocking to the destination for family fun. Visitors come for the warm weather, world-famous theme parks, shopping and nightlife.

Las Vegas comes in as the most searched destination by Americans for this this spring break as travelers look to forget about the pandemic for awhile. The lights, casinos, dining, partying and entertainment in Las Vegas provide an adult adventure like no other.

Not spring break per se, since we have no kids, but we're going to Florida next month to visit my dad. Always nice to get away to where it's warm!
