I am reading that Belarus requires a 5-10 day quarantine (no one is quite sure) on TripAdvisor. Is this inaccurate? Thanks!

FYI SERBIA Practically no one wears a mask in the two places we have visited so far (Belgrade and Zrenjanin).
We’ve been in Serbia, one of the very few countries in Europe that Americans can visit without any travel restrictions, for the last 6 days. It looks like Sturgis, ND during this past August’s motorcycle rally. My best guess would be less than 5% of people wear a mask. Most people don’t even have a mask visible on their body, as many people do in Turkey, where they "wear" their mask over the arm/elbow.
